"A Message To The Citizens" DEAR FRIENDS:     It has been an honor and a pleasure representing this great District in Baton Rouge for the past twelve years.  It is hard to believe we have already been through three terms together.   I am humbled by the outpouring of support you have shown me over the years.  Thank you for allowing me to serve you.      No representative can effectively perform this job without the help and support of many, many friends, who unselfishly give their time and effort to both keep me informed and in office while I am away.  I am grateful to you, and I thank you.      It is with great excitement that I now come to you and ask for your continued support as I seek the vacant District 19 State Senate seat.  It would be a privilege to continue serving you and the Great State of Louisiana.
